It is Blur Studio Inc., Level One, and the subsidiaries or affiliated or related entities of each (collectively “Blur") policy not to accept, consider, or evaluate unsolicited submissions of any kind, including, but not limited to, scripts, artwork, story ideas, product prototypes, letters, e-mails, documents, drawings, phone calls, in-person meetings or conversations, or other creative materials ("Unsolicited Material").

The purpose of this policy is to avoid any potential misunderstandings or disputes in the event our projects, marketing campaigns, or other aspects of our business seem similar or identical to any Unsolicited Materials since many works and submissions are based on the same or similar ideas. Accordingly, we do not accept Unsolicited Materials of any kind and we ask that you do not make any submissions to Blur, it's subsidiaries, and assigns, it's employees or agents, or any of its related or affiliated entities or contractors working on Blur’s behalf.

If you still choose to send Unsolicited Materials to Blur despite this policy, then regardless of anything to the contrary stated in your Unsolicited Materials, the following will apply to the Unsolicited Materials:

1. You agree that your Unsolicited Materials submissions and their contents along with related intellectual property rights will automatically become the property of Blur without any compensation to you and that you hereby assign the full right to use the Unsolicited Material and that Blur will have all rights to subsequent development, use, or adaptation of the Unsolicited Material. You hereby waive any right of approval, any claim to compensation or benefit, any claim to further use of the Unsolicited Material, or anything derived from the Unsolicited Material, and any claim arising out of any use of the Unsolicited Material.

2. You agree that Blur may use or redistribute the Unsolicited Materials submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way on an unrestricted basis.

3. You agree that there is no obligation for Blur to review the Unsolicited Materials submission.

4. You agree that there is no obligation for Blur to keep any Unsolicited Materials submissions confidential.

5. You release Blur from any liability, loss or damage which may arise as a result of Blur’s access to the Unsolicited Material. You acknowledge and agree that Blur is not obligated to return the Unsolicited Material to you.
